Water Based Defoaming Agent

RK-170 is mainly use the large coefficient of osmosis of mineral oil and hydrophobic particles as antifoaming active material, supplemented by antifoaming synergistic substance. Mineral oil increase osmotic speed. The hydrophobic particles reduce antifoaming synergistic material into the barriers. The interaction provides great antifoaming performance. Meanwhile, mineral oil has good affinity with organic matter so that it doesn’t cause surface defect. ​

RK-1107 is a 100% active content mineral oil defoamer, which is specially designed for emulsion polymerization, suspension polymerization, emulsion adhesives, etc.. It’s very high efficiency, great persistence and compatibility. It’s also confirmed that it is effective for curtain coating. ​

RK-203 is metal soap, wax mineral oil-based defoamer. It is mainly used in paper coating, textile printing, water based architectural paint emulsion and paint made by this emulsion, waterproof coating, etc. ​

RK-707 is mainly made of mineral oil with large expansion coefficient and hydrophobic particles as defoaming active substances, assisted by defoaming synergistic substances. Mineral oil increases the expansion velocity of defoaming particles, and hydrophobic particles reduce the entry energy barrier of defoaming particles. The interaction between the two provides excellent defoaming performance. At the same time, mineral oil has a good affinity with organic matter, so it will not cause surface defects. It is mainly used in the emulsion and latex of water-based coatings, and the adhesive made by the emulsion or latex and waterborne building coatings. The effect is more obvious in the system with higher viscosity. It also can be used in the leather edge oil. ​

RK-833S is a silicone free defoamer with good dispersibility in the foaming system, excellent defoaming&antifoaming performances, good compatibility with the used system. It’s mainly used in paper process, electroplating cleaning, RO membrane water treatment, circulating cooling water, landfill leachate, which the silicone defoamer can not be used. ​

RK-F0090 is a non-silicone defoamer prepared from high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through a special emulsification process, which are mainly used in eliminating and control foam in the paper machine system. No negative impact on the paper making process. ​

RK-700P is a non-silicon defoamer mainly composed of modified polyether. It has the characteristics of good dispersibility in water and strong dynamic antifoaming ability. It is mainly used in power plant desulfurization, fermentation, water treatment, desalination, landfill leachate, PCB cleaning, water glass, etc.. ​

RK-110S is a highly efficient and multipurpose silicone defoamer with easy use, and good compatibility. Low addition can achieve foam control requirement. This product is oily silicone polyether, which is suitable for non aqueous system. ​

RK-15S is a silicone defoamer, which is stable in high temperature, high shear and acid system, especially excellent performance of fast defoaming. It’s suitable for textile printing&dyeing, industrial cleaning, metal working liquid, and other typical environment, like high&mid temperature, high shear, and extremely pH . ​

RK-35T is non silicone defoamer which is made of special hydroxyl compounds and refined active components. It’s mainly used in non silicone system of high temperature and strong acid, such as wet phosphoric acid. ​

RK-900P is a non-silicone antifoaming agent with hydroxy compound and synergist. It has great performance of foam inhibition persistent, alkali and acid resistance. It can resist high temperature above 100 ℃. It mainly used in alumina refinery bayer process. ​

RK-30C is made by using special modified silicone polyether system. Compared with the traditional defoaming agent, it maintains good stability and high temperature performance in the system. It’s suitable for gear oil, high temperature boiling point distillation, asphalt production , benzene extraction process, transportation and other high temperature solvent foaming systems. ​

RK-7515M is made of a special silicone grease system , which is developed in conjunction with aspecially designed polyether modified silicone emulsifying system.The new silicone grease system provides excellent balance of antifoaminng properties. The special emulsifying system ensures compatibility, dilution stability and excellent shear stability of system.Small addition can achieve the optimize result. It has very excellent foam control performance which is suitable for full synthetic metal cutting liquid, semi-synthetic metal liquid and emulsified oil system. ​

RK-63T is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability, especially in very harsh conditions. It is used in textile dyeing, industrial cleaning, especially high temperature overflow dyeing, shear, extreme pH environment. It has good use safety in some non-silicon use fields ​

RK-T60 is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and excellent stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability especially under very harsh conditions. It is used in textile printing&dyeing, industrial cleaning, etc., especially suitable for high temperature overflow dyeing. RK-T60 also can be used in other typical high temperature, high shear and extreme pH environment. Safe to use in some non-silicon use fields. ​

RK-333S is a type of silicone defoamer. Compared with traditional defoamer, it maintains great stability and defoaming performance in medium-high temperatures and high shear systems. It is suitable for printing, dyeing and water treatment in the textile industry,especially for textile polyester dyeing . It can also be applied to other typical environments with high temperatures, high shear, and extreme pH ranges. ​
