Fluorine-Free Water & Oil Repellent

RK-C120 is an environmentally friendly water and oil proofing agent specifically designed for pulp molded food box, paper and paperboard without changing the feel and appearance significantly enhancing the product's resistance to high-temperature liquid penetration. Its stable formulation facilitates easy demolding and convenient operation during processing. ​

RK-C140 endows paper or fabric with excellent water, oil and wash resistance, and is suitable for scraping and impregnating processes. It can be used for impregnation and rolling, and also for water-based adhesives on paper or fabrics that require waterproof processing, serving as an internal waterproofing agent. ​

The oil-resistant agent RK-C146 is a fluorine-based oil-resistant and fat-resistant agent, and it is a fluorocarbon polymer. ​

RK-06P is a kind of powder defoamer suitable for washing powder and powder detergent . It has excellent defoaming & antifoaming performance, stable in high temperature temperature and strong alkali environment. ​

RK-012B is a 100% active defoamer, which has good defoaming properties against styrene/acrylic acid, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, and water-based epoxy. It is especially suitable for addition during the grinding process of water-based color paste. ​

RK-30C is made by using special modified silicone polyether system. Compared with the traditional defoaming agent, it maintains good stability and high temperature performance in the system. It’s suitable for gear oil, high temperature boiling point distillation, asphalt production , benzene extraction process, transportation and other high temperature solvent foaming systems. ​

RK-701M is developed with a special silicone grease system and a specially designed polyether emulsification system. New silicone grease system provides excellent defoaming&antifoaming performance and balance. The special emuksification system makes sure compatibility of system, diluted stability and excellent stability of shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the finished products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in full synthetic cutting liquid and semi synthetic cutting liquid. ​

M109 is a specialty monomer of wet adhesion promoter in methyl methacrylate. It can be incorporated during polymerization of solvent based resin synthesis, as well as of water based all-acrylic, vinyl- acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer binders for coatings, to provide outstanding wet adhesion and improved scrub resistance. M109 contains mainly cyclic heteroalkyl methacrylate and is a high performance ureido based adhesion promoting monomer. ​

RK- 6 3 B is a kind of emulsion type of polyether modified silicone antifoam, compared to the traditional antifoam, it has excellent defoaming and antifoaming performance. It is suitable for gel detergent, textile dyeing and auxiliaries, etc surfactant systems and water treatment. ​

RK-561 is a modified polyether defoamer. It has excellent antifoaming performance, especially under some very harsh conditions and high shear system. It is used in textile industry, industrial cleaning, water-based ink. ​

RK-9864 is a special polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist. It has strong anti-foaming performance in polyurethane, acrylic emulsion system, wood furniture coatings, architectural coatings, automotive production line coatings, paper coatings, sealant and adhesive, especially suitable for paint mixing phase foam control, with excellent comprehensive performance. ​

RK-1100 is a special silicone synthetic defoamer suitable for non-aqueous systems. It is a cost-effective product specially designed for film production, with excellent foam suppression performance and stability. A very small amount of addition can achieve the ideal foam control effect. ​

RK-73T is a modified silicone defoamer specially designed and developed for latex system. It has excellent anti-foam performance and good compatibility. It is suitable for wood furniture paints, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, overprint varnishes and other systems in water-based systems. ​

RK-7515M silicone antifoam is made of a special silicone grease system , which is developed in conjunction with aspecially designed polyether modified silicone emulsifying system.The new silicone grease system provides excellent balance of antifoaminng properties. The special emulsifying system ensures compatibility, dilution stability and excellent shear stability of system.Small addition can achieve the optimize result. It has very excellent foam control performance which is suitable for full synthetic metal cutting liquid, semi-synthetic metal liquid and emulsified oil system. ​

RK-35T is non silicone defoamer which is made of special hydroxyl compounds and refined active components. It’s mainly used in non silicone system of high temperature and strong acid, such as wet phosphoric acid. ​

RK-07P is a kind of powder defoamer suitable for foaming environment of macromolecule in water system. It has excellent defoaming & antifoaning performance in aqueous system. Chemical is stable, not toxic, not corrosive, and not sensitive to acid & alkali. ​
