Hydroxyl Compound Foam Control Agent

RK-801 is a defoamer specially designed for various water-based inks and latex systems. It has excellent dynamic defoaming, antifoaming performance, long-lasting defoaming ability, and excellent compatibility. It has the properties of silicon type defoamer and the compatibility of non-silicon type defoamer. It is used in inks, latex paints and coatings, which improves the leveling and wetting of inks, paints and paints, and improves the abrasion resistance and smoothness of paints. ​

RK-T60 is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and excellent stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability especially under very harsh conditions. It is used in textile printing&dyeing, industrial cleaning, etc., especially suitable for high temperature overflow dyeing. RK-T60 also can be used in other typical high temperature, high shear and extreme pH environment. Safe to use in some non-silicon use fields. ​

T30 is a nonionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier designed for waterborne architectural and functional coatings. T30 is a low odor, solvent, APEO and OrganoTin free product. ​

T90 to T104 series of rheology modifiers represent the latest advance in synthetic Hydrophobically modified Alkali-Swellable anionic associative Emulsion thickener (HASE) technology. RK-980P is a 100% active content mineral oil antifoam. It’s very high efficiency, great persistence and compatibility, which is suitable for acrylic acid, vinyl acetate, acetic acid, styrene-acrylic, copolymer emulsion, coating, resin, detergent, sewage treatment. ​

RK-23T is a special modified organosilicon defoamer with excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties, system compatibility, excellent dispersibility. It is suitable for wood furniture paints, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, overprint varnishes and other systems in water-based systems. ​

RK-8865 is a modified silicone defoamer that has both the performance of silicone and the compatibility of non-silicone defoamers. It is widely used in water-based systems such as container paints, wood furniture paints, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, and overprint varnishes. ​

T60 is a high solids and nonionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier designed for waterborne architectural, industrial and functional coatings. It is APEO and OrganoTin free. ​

T20 is a nonionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier designed for waterborne architectural and functional coatings. The product contains no solvent and is a low odor, APEO and OrganoTin free one. ​

RK-800P is a non-silicone defoaming agent grafted with functional modified polyether. It has good dispersibility, fast defoaming and strong dynamic foam suppression abilities. It is mainly used for defoaming of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, landfill leachate and water treatment, concrete, power plant desulfurization etc.. ​

RK-30C is made by using special modified silicone polyether system. Compared with the traditional defoaming agent, it maintains good stability and high temperature performance in the system. It’s suitable for gear oil, high temperature boiling point distillation, asphalt production , benzene extraction process, transportation and other high temperature solvent foaming systems. ​

RK-9860 has excellent foam suppression performance and stability. Suitable for pure acrylic emulsion, styrene acrylic emulsion, PU dispersion system, used in wood furniture paint, architectural paint, flexo printing and gravure ink, pigment concentrate. Especially suitable for resin grinding or non-resin grinding stage, and has very good compatibility. ​

RK-30S is a silicone polyether antifoam which prepared by emulsification of modified polysiloxane and modified polyether in a special process . It has fast defoaming ability and long-lasting antifoaming performance. It’s widely used in PCB cleaning process, all kinds of sewage treatment and cleaning industry etc. ​

RK-C140 endows paper or fabric with excellent water, oil and wash resistance, and is suitable for scraping and impregnating processes. It can be used for impregnation and rolling, and also for water-based adhesives on paper or fabrics that require waterproof processing, serving as an internal waterproofing agent. ​

RK-100S is a general-purpose 100% silicone-polyether defoamer, which is prepared by a characteristic graft reaction modified silicone polyether with a specially designed emulsification system. The special emulsified system makes sure compatibility, stability of dilution&shear of system. It has excellent antifoam performance, especially in some very harsh conditions. It is used in high temperature of textile and resists to acid & alkali. ​

RK-8680 is a highly efficient and multi-purpose organic silicon synthetic defoamer suitable for non-aqueous systems. It is particularly suitable for foam control in oil-based inks for printed circuit boards and epoxy floor paint systems. It has good defoaming properties and can quickly eliminate small bubbles. Due to its excellent comprehensive performance, the amount added in most systems is significantly less than other types of defoamers. ​
