Hydroxyl Compound Foam Control Agent

RK-801 is a defoamer specially designed for various water-based inks and latex systems. It has excellent dynamic defoaming, antifoaming performance, long-lasting defoaming ability, and excellent compatibility. It has the properties of silicon type defoamer and the compatibility of non-silicon type defoamer. It is used in inks, latex paints and coatings, which improves the leveling and wetting of inks, paints and paints, and improves the abrasion resistance and smoothness of paints. ​

RK-P582 is an emulsion type polyether modified silicone defoamer, which has excellent resistance to strong alkali&acid, temperature and shearing. It has good stability in pulping black liquor system and no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small addition. It is widely used in the control of foam generation in pulping black liquor system, as well as in industrial cleaning, sewage treatment and other industries. ​

RK-0036 is a compound antifoam without precipitation after dispersing in the system. ​

RK-1210S is a silicone defoamer, which is stable in high temperature, shear and acid system, especially the good performance of fast defoaming. It’s suitable for textile dyeing&printing, industrial cleaning, polycarboxylate superplasticizer process etc. It’s also used in other typical high & mid temperature, high shear, and extreme pH environment. ​

RK-707 is mainly made of mineral oil with large expansion coefficient and hydrophobic particles as defoaming active substances, assisted by defoaming synergistic substances. Mineral oil increases the expansion velocity of defoaming particles, and hydrophobic particles reduce the entry energy barrier of defoaming particles. The interaction between the two provides excellent defoaming performance. At the same time, mineral oil has a good affinity with organic matter, so it will not cause surface defects. It is mainly used in the emulsion and latex of water-based coatings, and the adhesive made by the emulsion or latex and waterborne building coatings. The effect is more obvious in the system with higher viscosity. It also can be used in the leather edge oil. ​

RK-7600 is a polyther(ester) defoamer in paper industry. ​

RK-300P is a modified polyether silicone compound emulsion defoamer. It has good dispersibility in the foaming system. No silicone grease precipitation and flotation. ​

RK-83S is a emulsion type polyether modified organic antifoam. Compared to traditional defoamer, it is stable under strong acid, high temperature, high shear system. It has good defoaming & antifoaming performance, and safe to use. RK-83S is suitable used in the pesticide industry, textile printing&dyeing production processes, especially in high temperature overflow dyeing processes. RK-106P is a kind of powder defoamer suitable for washing powder and powder detergent . It has excellent defoaming & antifoaming performance, stable in high temperature temperature and strong alkali environment. ​

RK-T60 is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and excellent stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability especially under very harsh conditions. RK-30C is made by using special modified silicone polyether system. Compared with the traditional defoaming agent, it maintains good stability and high temperature performance in the system. It’s suitable for gear oil, high temperature boiling point distillation, asphalt production , benzene extraction process, transportation and other high temperature solvent foaming systems. ​
