Fluoropolymer Oil Repellent Agent

RK-C120 is an environmentally friendly water and oil proofing agent specifically designed for pulp molded food box, paper and paperboard without changing the feel and appearance significantly enhancing the product's resistance to high-temperature liquid penetration. Its stable formulation facilitates easy demolding and convenient operation during processing. ​

RK-C140 endows paper or fabric with excellent water, oil and wash resistance, and is suitable for scraping and impregnating processes. It can be used for impregnation and rolling, and also for water-based adhesives on paper or fabrics that require waterproof processing, serving as an internal waterproofing agent. ​

The fluorine-free water-based weak cationic non-fluorine oil repellent agent RK-C004 has an oil repellent temperature range of 5-60℃. It has strong fiber bonding ability, thereby endowing paperboard molded fiber products with excellent oil repellent properties. ​

RK-F0020 is a silicone free defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in degassing and control foam in the paper machine and paper making waste water treatment industries and fermentation. ​

RK-10S is a emulsion type polyether modified silicone antifoam, it has good acid&alkali, temperature, shear resistance, and stable in pulp washing black liquid system, no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small dosage. Widely used in paper pulp production to prevent the foam issue in the production process, textile auxiliaries, textile dyeing, industrial cleaning, wastewater treatment, etc.​

RK-0080 is a polyether ester defoamer, with excellent degassing&defoaming&antifoaming performances in high temperature paper making white water. ​

RK-333S silicon based antifoam is a type of silicone defoamer. Compared with traditional defoamer, it maintains great stability and defoaming performance in medium-high temperatures and high shear systems. It is suitable for printing, dyeing and water treatment in the textile industry,especially for textile polyester dyeing . It can also be applied to other typical environments with high temperatures, high shear, and extreme pH ranges. ​

M109 is a specialty monomer of wet adhesion promoter in methyl methacrylate. It can be incorporated during polymerization of solvent based resin synthesis, as well as of water based all-acrylic, vinyl- acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer binders for coatings, to provide outstanding wet adhesion and improved scrub resistance. M109 contains mainly cyclic heteroalkyl methacrylate and is a high performance ureido based adhesion promoting monomer. ​

RK-900P is a non-silicone antifoaming agent with hydroxy compound and synergist. It has great performance of foam inhibition persistent, alkali and acid resistance. It can resist high temperature above 100 ℃. It mainly used in alumina refinery bayer process. ​

RK-83S is a emulsion type polyether modified organic antifoam. Compared to traditional defoamer, it is stable under strong acid, high temperature, high shear system. It has good defoaming & antifoaming performance, and safe to use. RK-83S is suitable used in the pesticide industry, textile printing&dyeing production processes, especially in high temperature overflow dyeing processes. It can also used in other typical high temperature, high shear, extreme pH environments. ​

RK-8680 is a highly efficient and multi-purpose organic silicon synthetic defoamer suitable for non-aqueous systems. It is particularly suitable for foam control in oil-based inks for printed circuit boards and epoxy floor paint systems. It has good defoaming properties and can quickly eliminate small bubbles. Due to its excellent comprehensive performance, the amount added in most systems is significantly less than other types of defoamers. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

RK-7670M uses silicone grease system, with special polyether modified silicone emulsion system. It provides excellent antifoaming performance and balance, which make sure the compatibility of system, diluted stability and excellent stability of shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve ideal foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the final products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in Semi or full synthetic cutting liquid ad emulsion type cutting liquid. ​

RK-77T is a modified silicone defoamer specially designed and developed for latex system. It has excellent anti-foam performance and good compatibility. It is suitable for industrial paints, wood paints, architectural and industrial paints, water-based printing inks and other systems in water-based systems. ​

T70 is a high solids and nonionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier designed for waterborne architectural, industrial and functional coatings. It is APEO and OrganoTin free. ​
