High Antifoaming Performance Compound Defoamer

RK-63T is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability, especially in very harsh conditions. It is used in textile dyeing, industrial cleaning, especially high temperature overflow dyeing, shear, extreme pH environment. It has good use safety in some non-silicon use fields ​

RK-0036 is a compound antifoam without precipitation after dispersing in the system. ​

RK-561 is a modified polyether defoamer. It has excellent antifoaming performance, especially under some very harsh conditions and high shear system. It is used in textile industry, industrial cleaning, water-based ink. ​

RK-900N is a general type silicone polyether defoamer, which is developed by adopting special silicone grease system and polyether with specially designed emulsification system. The silicone grease provide excellent balance. Emulsified system makes sure compatibility, diluted and shear stability. It is applied to foams produced in most aqueous and oily systems and has excellent antifoaming properties. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

RK-T100is akind of defoaming agentwith special emulsified and silica system, which hasexcellent dynamic defoaming, anti-foaming effect and long-lasting defoaming ability, especially under the harsh conditions. Very low addition can achieve the ideal defoaming effectand reduce the effect causedby adding largely amount defoamer.The special emulsified system makes the good compatibility, diluted stability and shear stability.​

RK-35T is non silicone defoamer which is made of special hydroxyl compounds and refined active components. It’s mainly used in non silicone system of high temperature and strong acid, such as wet phosphoric acid. ​

RK-9110Sis a defoamer specially designed for various water-based inks and latex systems. It has excellent dynamic defoaming, antifoaming performance, long-lasting defoaming ability, and excellent compatibility. It has the properties of silicon type defoamer and the compatibility of non-silicon type defoamer. It is used in inks, latex paints and coatings, which improves the leveling and wetting of inks, paints and paints, and improves the abrasion resistance and smoothness of paints. ​

RK-03P is a kind of powder defoamer suitable for foaming environment of macromolecule in water system. It has excellent defoaming & antifoaning performance, stable in high temperature and strong alkali environment. It’s widely used in aqueous foaming system control. Chemical is stable, not toxic, not corrosive, and not sensitive to acid&alkali, it is suitable for use in textile sizing temperature range of 70-130 ℃. ​

RK-104P is a silicone powder defoamer with excellent defoaming performance. It can eliminate foam of water-bearing system. It’s widely used in dry-mixed mortar, powder coating, diatom ooze , and oil drilling etc ​

RK-203 is metal soap, wax mineral oil-based defoamer. It is mainly used in paper coating, textile printing, water based architectural paint emulsion and paint made by this emulsion, waterproof coating, etc. ​

RK-P582 is an emulsion type polyether modified silicone defoamer, which has excellent resistance to strong alkali&acid, temperature and shearing. It has good stability in pulping black liquor system and no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small addition. It is widely used in the control of foam generation in pulping black liquor system, as well as in industrial cleaning, sewage treatment and other industries. ​

RK-900P is a non-silicone antifoaming agent with hydroxy compound and synergist. It has great performance of foam inhibition persistent, alkali and acid resistance. It can resist high temperature above 100 ℃. It mainly used in alumina refinery bayer process. ​

RK-8KD is defoamer emulsion contained silicone oil and hydrophobic particles It has better acid&alkali resistance and excellent defoaming&antifoaming persistence. It’s widely used in all kinds of wastewater treatment, cleaning industry, pesticide industry, etc.. ​
