High Efficiency Fatty Alcohol Antifoam

RK-F0090 is a non-silicone defoamer prepared from high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through a special emulsification process, which are mainly used in eliminating and control foam in the paper machine system. No negative impact on the paper making process. ​

RK-F0020 is a silicone free defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in degassing and control foam in the paper machine and paper making waste water treatment industries and fermentation. ​

T90 to T104 series of rheology modifiers represent the latest advance in synthetic Hydrophobically modified Alkali-Swellable anionic associative Emulsion thickener (HASE) technology. RK-110S is a highly efficient and multipurpose silicone defoamer with easy use, and good compatibility. Low addition can achieve foam control requirement. This product is oily silicone polyether, which is suitable for non aqueous system. ​

RK-900N is a general type silicone polyether defoamer, which is developed by adopting special silicone grease system and polyether with specially designed emulsification system. The silicone grease provide excellent balance. Emulsified system makes sure compatibility, diluted and shear stability. It is applied to foams produced in most aqueous and oily systems and has excellent antifoaming properties. ​

RK-30S is a silicone polyether antifoam which prepared by emulsification of modified polysiloxane and modified polyether in a special process . It has fast defoaming ability and long-lasting antifoaming performance. It’s widely used in PCB cleaning process, all kinds of sewage treatment and cleaning industry etc. ​

RK-0010 is a kind of polyether antifoam, which doesn’t contain mineral hydrocarbons. Easy to disperse in water, fast defoaming, foam inhibition persistent. It mainly used in various paper making processes, circulating water treatment industries, power plant desulfurization and landfill leachate, etc., which silicone defoamer is not allowed to use. ​

RK-300P is a modified polyether silicone compound emulsion defoamer. It has good dispersibility in the foaming system. No silicone grease precipitation and flotation. ​

RK-8KD is defoamer emulsion contained silicone oil and hydrophobic particles It has better acid&alkali resistance and excellent defoaming&antifoaming persistence. It’s widely used in all kinds of wastewater treatment, cleaning industry, pesticide industry, etc.. ​

RK-7515M silicone antifoam is made of a special silicone grease system , which is developed in conjunction with aspecially designed polyether modified silicone emulsifying system.The new silicone grease system provides excellent balance of antifoaminng properties. The special emulsifying system ensures compatibility, dilution stability and excellent shear stability of system.Small addition can achieve the optimize result. D106 is a high efficiency synthetic hydrophilic copolymer pigment dispersant. It provides outstanding performance and cost effectiveness in a wide range of acrylic, vinyl acrylic, and acrylic/styrene based latex paints from low sheen flats to high gloss enamels. It has been designed to maximize gloss potential with good flow and wet adhesion in interior and exterior high gloss and semi-gloss formulations. It has excellent compatibility with colorants for good color acceptance. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

M108 is a specialty monomer. It can be incorporated into all-acrylic, vinyl-acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer binders for coatings to provide outstanding wet adhesion and improved scrub resistance. M108 contains mainly cyclic heteroalkyl methacrylate and is a high performance ureido based adhesion promoting monomer. ​

RK-170 is mainly use the large coefficient of osmosis of mineral oil and hydrophobic particles as antifoaming active material, supplemented by antifoaming synergistic substance. Mineral oil increase osmotic speed. The hydrophobic particles reduce antifoaming synergistic material into the barriers. The interaction provides great antifoaming performance. Meanwhile, mineral oil has good affinity with organic matter so that it doesn’t cause surface defect. ​
