Durability-Effective Defoaming Agent

RK-170 is mainly use the large coefficient of osmosis of mineral oil and hydrophobic particles as antifoaming active material, supplemented by antifoaming synergistic substance. Mineral oil increase osmotic speed. The hydrophobic particles reduce antifoaming synergistic material into the barriers. The interaction provides great antifoaming performance. Meanwhile, mineral oil has good affinity with organic matter so that it doesn’t cause surface defect. ​

RK-207 is a high efficient liquid(wetting) defoamer based on new polymer, which is combined with active antifoaming carrier oil components. It’s effective for fine resin emulsion and added into any processes of latex paint production, it’s also suitable for polymerization processes. Also, it has high compatibility with the system, no precipitation and formation of shrinkage cavities on the surface. ​

RK-203 is metal soap, wax mineral oil-based defoamer. It is mainly used in paper coating, textile printing, water based architectural paint emulsion and paint made by this emulsion, waterproof coating, etc. ​

RK-707 is mainly made of mineral oil with large expansion coefficient and hydrophobic particles as defoaming active substances, assisted by defoaming synergistic substances. Mineral oil increases the expansion velocity of defoaming particles, and hydrophobic particles reduce the entry energy barrier of defoaming particles. The interaction between the two provides excellent defoaming performance. At the same time, mineral oil has a good affinity with organic matter, so it will not cause surface defects. It is mainly used in the emulsion and latex of water-based coatings, and the adhesive made by the emulsion or latex and waterborne building coatings. The effect is more obvious in the system with higher viscosity. It also can be used in the leather edge oil. ​

RK-980P is a 100% active content mineral oil antifoam. It’s very high efficiency, great persistence and compatibility, which is suitable for acrylic acid, vinyl acetate, acetic acid, styrene-acrylic, copolymer emulsion, coating, resin, detergent, sewage treatment. ​

RK-40S is a multi-purpose silicone synthetic defoamer for non-aqueous systems. It is particularly suitable for foam control in oil-based inks for printed circuit boards and epoxy floor paint systems. It has good defoaming properties and can quickly eliminate small bubbles. ​

RK-8875 is a defoamer developed from polysiloxane-polyether copolymer and active synergist with special structure. The new upgrade makes this product have excellent defoaming and antifoaming performance and stability. The special structure ensures that the system compatibility remains unchanged while the performance is greatly improved. It has good defoaming and antifoaming ability for water-based flexographic inks, water-based acrylic overprints, pure acrylic emulsions, PVA, and polyurethane emulsions, and is particularly suitable for addition during the grinding process and paint mixing process. ​

RK-400S is a silicone antifoam, which is prepared by composite emulsification of silicon emulsifier and hydrocarbon emulsifier based on crosslinked polysiloxane as defoaming active component. It has better acid&alkali resistance and excellent defoaming&antifoaming persistence. It’s widely used in all kinds of wastewater treatment, cleaning industry, oil field chemical industry, etc. ​

RK-7670M uses silicone grease system, with special polyether modified silicone emulsion system. It provides excellent antifoaming performance and balance, which make sure the compatibility of system, diluted stability and excellent stability of shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve ideal foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the final products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in Semi or full synthetic cutting liquid ad emulsion type cutting liquid. ​

RK-700P is a non-silicon defoamer mainly composed of modified polyether. It has the characteristics of good dispersibility in water and strong dynamic antifoaming ability. It is mainly used in power plant desulfurization, fermentation, water treatment, desalination, landfill leachate, PCB cleaning, water glass, etc.. ​

RK-P582 silicone defoamer emulsion is an emulsion type polyether modified silicone defoamer, which has excellent resistance to strong alkali&acid, temperature and shearing. It has good stability in pulping black liquor system and no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small addition. It is widely used in the control of foam generation in pulping black liquor system, as well as in industrial cleaning, sewage treatment and other industries. ​

RK-883S is a silicone free defoamer with good dispersibility in the foaming system, excellent defoaming&antifoaming performances, good compatibility with the used system. It’s mainly used in paper process, electroplating cleaning, RO membrane water treatment, circulating cooling water, landfill leachate, which the silicone defoamer can not be used. ​

RK-5 D S is a emulsion type polyether modified silicone antifoam, it has good acid&alkali, temperature, shear resistance, and stable in pulp washing black liquid system, no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small dosage. Widely used in paper pulp production to prevent the foam issue in the production process, textile auxiliaries, textile dyeing, industrial cleaning, wastewater treatment, etc. ​

RK-83S is a emulsion type polyether modified organic antifoam. Compared to traditional defoamer, it is stable under strong acid, high temperature, high shear system. It has good defoaming & antifoaming performance, and safe to use. RK-83S is suitable used in the pesticide industry, textile printing&dyeing production processes, especially in high temperature overflow dyeing processes. It can also used in other typical high temperature, high shear, extreme pH environments. ​
