High Temperature Antifoam For Paper

RK-F0080 is a non-silicone defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in eliminating and control foam in the paper machine and paper making waste water treatment industries. ​

RK-F0020 is a silicone free defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in degassing and control foam in the paper machine and paper making waste water treatment industries and fermentation. ​

RK-300P is a modified polyether silicone compound emulsion defoamer. It has good dispersibility in the foaming system. No silicone grease precipitation and flotation. ​

RK-8875 is a defoamer developed from polysiloxane-polyether copolymer and active synergist with special structure. The new upgrade makes this product have excellent defoaming and antifoaming performance and stability. The special structure ensures that the system compatibility remains unchanged while the performance is greatly improved. It has good defoaming and antifoaming ability for water-based flexographic inks, water-based acrylic overprints, pure acrylic emulsions, PVA, and polyurethane emulsions, and is particularly suitable for addition during the grinding process and paint mixing process. ​

RK-800P is a non-silicone defoaming agent grafted with functional modified polyether. It has good dispersibility, fast defoaming and strong dynamic foam suppression abilities. It is mainly used for defoaming of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, landfill leachate and water treatment, concrete, power plant desulfurization etc.. ​

RK-50P is a mid-low temperature polyether ester defoamer, suitable for using in paper-making industry and water treatment. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

RK-7470M is developed with a special silicone grease system, with specially designed emulsion system. It provides excellent antifoaming performance and balance, which makes sure the compatibility of system, excellent stability of dilution and shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve ideal foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the finished products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in full synthetic cutting liquid and emulsion type cutting liquid. ​

RK-P582 silicone defoamer emulsion is an emulsion type polyether modified silicone defoamer, which has excellent resistance to strong alkali&acid, temperature and shearing. It has good stability in pulping black liquor system and no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small addition. It is widely used in the control of foam generation in pulping black liquor system, as well as in industrial cleaning, sewage treatment and other industries. ​
