Monomer For Coatings

M108 is a specialty monomer. It can be incorporated into all-acrylic, vinyl-acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer binders for coatings to provide outstanding wet adhesion and improved scrub resistance. M108 contains mainly cyclic heteroalkyl methacrylate and is a high performance ureido based adhesion promoting monomer. ​

RK-250 is a kind of emulsion polyether modified organic antifoam which is special for aqueous foam system. It’s easy to disperse in water. In wide PH and temperature, small quantities can achieve defoaming performance. ​

T90 to T104 series of rheology modifiers represent the latest advance in synthetic Hydrophobically modified Alkali-Swellable anionic associative Emulsion thickener (HASE) technology. T90-T104 series provide customers the opportunity for thickener consolidation with improved performance in architectural and functional coatings. ​

RK-012B is a 100% active defoamer, which has good defoaming properties against styrene/acrylic acid, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, and water-based epoxy. It is especially suitable for addition during the grinding process of water-based color paste. ​

RK-7600 is a polyther(ester) defoamer in paper industry. ​

RK-110S is a highly efficient and multipurpose silicone defoamer with easy use, and good compatibility. Low addition can achieve foam control requirement. This product is oily silicone polyether, which is suitable for non aqueous system. ​

RK-T60 is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and excellent stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability especially under very harsh conditions. It is used in textile printing&dyeing, industrial cleaning, etc., especially suitable for high temperature overflow dyeing. RK-T60 also can be used in other typical high temperature, high shear and extreme pH environment. Safe to use in some non-silicon use fields. ​

RK-03P is composed of polydimethylsiloxane and inorganic salt. It has outstanding bubble inhibition performance and good acid and alkaline resistance. It is used in sewage treatment, textile auxiliaries and industrial cleaning ​

RK-76T has excellent defoaming and anti-foaming properties as well as excellent compatibility, and can effectively prevent microfoam generation in high and low viscosity systems. RK-76T is suitable for water-based systems such as container paints, wood furniture paints, architectural coatings, industrial coatings and water-based printing inks. ​

RK-360 is a silicone polyether modified antifoam without precipitation after dispersing in the system. ​

RK-333S silicon based antifoam is a type of silicone defoamer. Compared with traditional defoamer, it maintains great stability and defoaming performance in medium-high temperatures and high shear systems. It is suitable for printing, dyeing and water treatment in the textile industry,especially for textile polyester dyeing . It can also be applied to other typical environments with high temperatures, high shear, and extreme pH ranges. ​

RK-30S is a silicone polyether antifoam which prepared by emulsification of modified polysiloxane and modified polyether in a special process . It has fast defoaming ability and long-lasting antifoaming performance. It’s widely used in PCB cleaning process, all kinds of sewage treatment and cleaning industry etc. ​

RK-2200 is a general and special modified non-silicon defoamer, especially suitable for polyurethane, epoxy floor paint, solvent-free UV curing, polyester system, etc. It has excellent defoaming and antifoaming performance, balanced dispersibility and extremely high compatibility, and will not precipitate in the system and form shrinkage holes. ​

RK-9860 has excellent foam suppression performance and stability. Suitable for pure acrylic emulsion, styrene acrylic emulsion, PU dispersion system, used in wood furniture paint, architectural paint, flexo printing and gravure ink, pigment concentrate. Especially suitable for resin grinding or non-resin grinding stage, and has very good compatibility. ​

RK-561 is a modified polyether defoamer. It has excellent antifoaming performance, especially under some very harsh conditions and high shear system. It is used in textile industry, industrial cleaning, water-based ink. ​

RK-701M is developed with a special silicone grease system and a specially designed polyether emulsification system. New silicone grease system provides excellent defoaming&antifoaming performance and balance. The special emuksification system makes sure compatibility of system, diluted stability and excellent stability of shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the finished products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in full synthetic cutting liquid and semi synthetic cutting liquid. ​
