High Performance Monomer

M109 is a specialty monomer of wet adhesion promoter in methyl methacrylate. It can be incorporated during polymerization of solvent based resin synthesis, as well as of water based all-acrylic, vinyl- acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer binders for coatings, to provide outstanding wet adhesion and improved scrub resistance. M109 contains mainly cyclic heteroalkyl methacrylate and is a high performance ureido based adhesion promoting monomer. ​

RK-30S is a silicone polyether antifoam which prepared by emulsification of modified polysiloxane and modified polyether in a special process . It has fast defoaming ability and long-lasting antifoaming performance. It’s widely used in PCB cleaning process, all kinds of sewage treatment and cleaning industry etc. ​

RK-2200 is a general and special modified non-silicon defoamer, especially suitable for polyurethane, epoxy floor paint, solvent-free UV curing, polyester system, etc. It has excellent defoaming and antifoaming performance, balanced dispersibility and extremely high compatibility, and will not precipitate in the system and form shrinkage holes. ​

T60 is a high solids and nonionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier designed for waterborne architectural, industrial and functional coatings. It is APEO and OrganoTin free. ​

RK-30N is a kind of emulsion type polyether modified silicone antifoam. Compared to traditional antifoam, it shows very good stability in the system, and good performance at high temperature. It is suitable for the internal added of textile auxiliary, such as refining agent, and internal application of daily washing liquid. ​

RK-7470M is developed with a special silicone grease system, with specially designed emulsion system. It provides excellent antifoaming performance and balance, which makes sure the compatibility of system, excellent stability of dilution and shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve ideal foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the finished products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in full synthetic cutting liquid and emulsion type cutting liquid. ​

RK-170A is mainly use the mineral oil with large spreading coefficient and hydrophobic particles as anti-foaming active materials, supplemented by anti-foaming synergistic substance. Mineral oil increases the spreading speed of anti-foaming particles, and the hydrophobic particles reduce the entry barrier of anti-foaming particles. The interaction between these two provides great anti-foaming performance. Meanwhile, mineral oil has good affinity with organic matter, so it doesn’t cause surface defect. ​

RK-50P is a mid-low temperature polyether ester defoamer, suitable for using in paper-making industry and water treatment. ​

RK-35T is non silicone defoamer which is made of special hydroxyl compounds and refined active components. It’s mainly used in non silicone system of high temperature and strong acid, such as wet phosphoric acid. ​

RK-300P is a modified polyether silicone compound emulsion defoamer. It has good dispersibility in the foaming system. No silicone grease precipitation and flotation. ​

RK-P582 silicone defoamer emulsion is an emulsion type polyether modified silicone defoamer, which has excellent resistance to strong alkali&acid, temperature and shearing. It has good stability in pulping black liquor system and no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small addition. It is widely used in the control of foam generation in pulping black liquor system, as well as in industrial cleaning, sewage treatment and other industries. ​

RK-110S is a highly efficient and multipurpose silicone defoamer with easy use, and good compatibility. Low addition can achieve foam control requirement. This product is oily silicone polyether, which is suitable for non aqueous system. ​

RK-883S is a silicone free defoamer with good dispersibility in the foaming system, excellent defoaming&antifoaming performances, good compatibility with the used system. It’s mainly used in paper process, electroplating cleaning, RO membrane water treatment, circulating cooling water, landfill leachate, which the silicone defoamer can not be used. ​

RK-1107 is a 100% active content mineral oil defoamer, which is specially designed for emulsion polymerization, suspension polymerization, emulsion adhesives, etc.. It’s very high efficiency, great persistence and compatibility. It’s also confirmed that it is effective for curtain coating. ​

The oil-resistant agent RK-C146 is a fluorine-based oil-resistant and fat-resistant agent, and it is a fluorocarbon polymer. ​
