Efficient Antifoaming Agent Emulsion

RK-35T is non silicone defoamer which is made of special hydroxyl compounds and refined active components. It’s mainly used in non silicone system of high temperature and strong acid, such as wet phosphoric acid. ​

RK-40S is a multi-purpose silicone synthetic defoamer for non-aqueous systems. It is particularly suitable for foam control in oil-based inks for printed circuit boards and epoxy floor paint systems. It has good defoaming properties and can quickly eliminate small bubbles. ​

RK-7470M is developed with a special silicone grease system, with specially designed emulsion system. It provides excellent antifoaming performance and balance, which makes sure the compatibility of system, excellent stability of dilution and shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve ideal foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the finished products due to adding lots of defoamer. RK-800P is a non-silicone defoaming agent grafted with functional modified polyether. It has good dispersibility, fast defoaming and strong dynamic foam suppression abilities. It is mainly used for defoaming of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, landfill leachate and water treatment, concrete, power plant desulfurization etc.. ​

RK-15S is a silicone defoamer, which is stable in high temperature, high shear and acid system, especially excellent performance of fast defoaming. RK-707 is mainly made of mineral oil with large expansion coefficient and hydrophobic particles as defoaming active substances, assisted by defoaming synergistic substances. Mineral oil increases the expansion velocity of defoaming particles, and hydrophobic particles reduce the entry energy barrier of defoaming particles. The interaction between the two provides excellent defoaming performance. At the same time, mineral oil has a good affinity with organic matter, so it will not cause surface defects. It is mainly used in the emulsion and latex of water-based coatings, and the adhesive made by the emulsion or latex and waterborne building coatings. The effect is more obvious in the system with higher viscosity. It also can be used in the leather edge oil. ​

RK-170 is mainly use the large coefficient of osmosis of mineral oil and hydrophobic particles as antifoaming active material, supplemented by antifoaming synergistic substance. Mineral oil increase osmotic speed. The hydrophobic particles reduce antifoaming synergistic material into the barriers. The interaction provides great antifoaming performance. Meanwhile, mineral oil has good affinity with organic matter so that it doesn’t cause surface defect. ​

RK-0056 is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and excellent stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability especially under very harsh conditions. It is used in textile printing&dyeing, industrial cleaning, etc., especially suitable for high temperature overflow dyeing. RK-0056 also can be used in other typical high temperature, high shear and extreme pH environment. Safe to use in some non-silicon use fields. ​
