RK-801 is a defoamer specially designed for various water-based inks and latex systems. It has excellent dynamic defoaming, antifoaming performance, long-lasting defoaming ability, and excellent compatibility. It has the properties of silicon type defoamer and the compatibility of non-silicon type defoamer. It is used in inks, latex paints and coatings, which improves the leveling and wetting of inks, paints and paints, and improves the abrasion resistance and smoothness of paints.

Application Process:

Can be added directly in the manufacturing process, or can be used after pre-dispersion of materials.

In the production of paints, it is recommended to add 50% of the total amount before grinding, and then add 50% after grinding to achieve the best results.

For different temperature of system and stirring factors, adding 0.2-0.5% of the total formula can achieve the good result. Small test before using to achieve the best dosage.
