Hydroxyl Compound Foam Control Agent

RK-801 is a defoamer specially designed for various water-based inks and latex systems. It has excellent dynamic defoaming, antifoaming performance, long-lasting defoaming ability, and excellent compatibility. It has the properties of silicon type defoamer and the compatibility of non-silicon type defoamer. It is used in inks, latex paints and coatings, which improves the leveling and wetting of inks, paints and paints, and improves the abrasion resistance and smoothness of paints. ​

RK-F0090 is a non-silicone defoamer prepared from high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through a special emulsification process, which are mainly used in eliminating and control foam in the paper machine system. No negative impact on the paper making process. ​

RK-F0020 is a silicone free defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in degassing and control foam in the paper machine and paper making waste water treatment industries and fermentation. ​

RK-8455S is a silicone antifoam, which is prepared by composite emulsification of silicon emulsifier and hydrocarbon emulsifier based on crosslinked polysiloxane as defoaming active component. RK-63T is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability, especially in very harsh conditions. RK-300P is a modified polyether silicone compound emulsion defoamer. It has good dispersibility in the foaming system. No silicone grease precipitation and flotation. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

RK-C140 endows paper or fabric with excellent water, oil and wash resistance, and is suitable for scraping and impregnating processes. It can be used for impregnation and rolling, and also for water-based adhesives on paper or fabrics that require waterproof processing, serving as an internal waterproofing agent. ​

RK-012B is a 100% active defoamer, which has good defoaming properties against styrene/acrylic acid, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, and water-based epoxy. It is especially suitable for addition during the grinding process of water-based color paste. ​
