High Temperature Antifoam For Paper

RK-F0080 is a non-silicone defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in eliminating and control foam in the paper machine and paper making waste water treatment industries. ​

RK-F0020 is a silicone free defoaming agent prepared from special high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through special emulsification, which is mainly used in degassing and control foam in the paper machine and paper making waste water treatment industries and fermentation. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

RK-35T is non silicone defoamer which is made of special hydroxyl compounds and refined active components. It’s mainly used in non silicone system of high temperature and strong acid, such as wet phosphoric acid. ​

RK-P582 silicone defoamer emulsion is an emulsion type polyether modified silicone defoamer, which has excellent resistance to strong alkali&acid, temperature and shearing. It has good stability in pulping black liquor system and no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small addition. It is widely used in the control of foam generation in pulping black liquor system, as well as in industrial cleaning, sewage treatment and other industries. ​

RK-77T is a modified silicone defoamer specially designed and developed for latex system. It has excellent anti-foam performance and good compatibility. It is suitable for industrial paints, wood paints, architectural and industrial paints, water-based printing inks and other systems in water-based systems. ​

RK-15S is a silicone defoamer, which is stable in high temperature, high shear and acid system, especially excellent performance of fast defoaming. It’s suitable for textile printing&dyeing, industrial cleaning, metal working liquid, and other typical environment, like high&mid temperature, high shear, and extremely pH . ​

T50 is a high solids and nonionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier designed for waterborne architectural, industrial and functional coatings. It is APEO and OrganoTin free. ​

RK-06P is a kind of powder defoamer suitable for washing powder and powder detergent . It has excellent defoaming & antifoaming performance, stable in high temperature temperature and strong alkali environment. ​

M108 is a specialty monomer. It can be incorporated into all-acrylic, vinyl-acrylic and styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer binders for coatings to provide outstanding wet adhesion and improved scrub resistance. M108 contains mainly cyclic heteroalkyl methacrylate and is a high performance ureido based adhesion promoting monomer. ​

RK-T100 is a kind of defoaming agent with special emulsified and silica system, which hasexcellent dynamic defoaming, anti-foaming effect and long-lasting defoaming ability, especially under the harsh conditions.
